Control & Metrology
Measured accuracy
Our workshop is equipped with high-performance internal control systems, ensuring systematic verification of the parts produced. Each series is validated according to the plans and tolerances defined with our customers.

Measuring column
Vernier calipers, micrometers, threaded plugs
Fine dimensional metrology instruments
In addition, our production machines integrating sensitive operations (threading, riveting, welding, etc.) are themselves precisely controlled and monitored:
Thread rolling machines (up to M30 x 350)
Computer-controlled micro-percussion marking
Automated circular welding by pulsed arc (MIG)
Vibratory deburring for clean finishes
